We hereunder present the simple discrimination method for you, hoping the consumer may find the genuine and pure vegetarian product.
The simple discrimination method is as follows:
A. The true sharkfin — made from fish or sharkfin, containing animal collagen. After cooking, the soup becomes sticky, and it tastes greasy.
B. The vegetarian sharkfin — made from plant fiber, free of animal ingredients. After cooking, the soup remains clear and tastes smooth but not greasy. Suitable for vegetarians.
VEGETARIAN SHARKFIN (100% Meatless)
Ingredients: Vegetarian sharkfin, fatty chay, mushroom, bambooshoot, cabbage, carrot, etc.
Cooking method:
- Put sharkfin into water to soak for an hour or more.
- Add with mushroom and add water till boil.
- Sharkfin together with all prepared ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.
(After cooking suitable to add some vinegar or sesame oil.)
